  3. Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect product, we will provide a free return shipping label. For all other returns, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging along with any accompanying accessories, tags, or documents.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the conditions mentioned above. If everything is in order, we will proceed with your refund.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Paid Returns: If you are returning a product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
